Crossroads Church is seeking a full-time Director of Student Ministries to lead a Christ-centered, discipleship-focused ministry for students in 6th–12th grade. This role provides the opportunity to shape a thriving ministry that reaches students across multiple school districts and homeschool networks. We're looking for a mature and spirit-filled leader with a strong biblical foundation, a heart for students, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with students, parents, and volunteers. The director will provide vision, structure, and consistent leadership to help students grow in their faith and become lifelong disciples of Jesus Christ. Crossroads is hiring a full-time Director of Connections. This role oversees our Adult Discipleship and Welcome Ministries, and helps people move from first-time guests to fully engaged participants in the life of our church. The Director of Connections will coordinate Grow Groups, equip and support group leaders, and guide individuals through baptism and membership. They will also lead our Welcome Ministries- including greeters, ushers, café, parking, and more- by recruiting, training, and encouraging volunteers to create an atmosphere of Christ-centered hospitality. The ideal candidate will be highly relational, organized, and passionate about helping others grow in discipleship and service.
